What are the stay dates?
Glamping runs from Sunday 12 July – Sunday 20 July 2026 (checkout Monday 21 July). Minimum stay is 2 nights.
What types of tents are available?
Choose from 2-person or 4-person luxury bell tents.
Can I bring my own tent?
No, only pre-arranged bell tents are permitted.
What’s included in the tent?
Bed frame, mattress, duvet, pillows, lighting, flooring, bedside table and charging point.
How close is The Clubhouse to Royal Birkdale?
Just a 5-minute walk.
What food and drink options are there?
On-site food vendors for breakfast and dinner, outdoor bars, coffee stands, and access to the club bar.
Are there showers and toilets?
Yes – separate blocks for men and women plus clubhouse access.
Is the site secure?
Yes. 24/7 security with access only for glamping ticket holders.
Can I park on-site?
No, We are currently looking for offsite parking where we will then shuttle guests to and from the sports club.
Will there be entertainment?
Yes. Live music (ending by 10pm), an LED screen showing golf and World Cup games, and possible guest speakers (TBC).
Is it family friendly?
Yes. (Alcohol sales are restricted to over 18s.)
